CFO, board and transformation experience serving critical decisions.

Nobilys Group is led by Christian Cirino, who brings more than 25 years of international executive experience in finance, governance and transformation, gained within listed and privately held industrial groups.

He has held several Chief Financial Officer roles, with general management responsibilities and direct exposure to decisions affecting margin, cash, capital allocation and operational performance. He has worked and lived in Europe, China and Australia, in demanding industrial and international environments.

His background combines finance, management, governance and transformation: Louvain School of Management, CEMS Master, Executive MBA from HEC Paris, General Management Program at Harvard Business School, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He also completed the Corporate Social Responsibility / Sustainability programme at the University of California, Berkeley, and the AI Strategy and Leadership Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology — MIT, focused on AI strategy, data strategy, governance, risk management and leadership of AI transformations.

Christian has also developed multiple machine learning models applied to operational and financial use cases: demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, visual quality control, financial strength scoring and pricing trade-offs.

Nobilys does not position itself as a technical integrator or tool vendor. Its role is to help executives, CFOs and boards distinguish AI initiatives that genuinely create value from those that add complexity without improving performance.
